Job Description

Windsor Windows & Doors is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to cover Northern Indiana and Ohio regions. The ideal candidate will drive new business growth and increase market share in the construction and replacement markets.

Responsibilities

  • Develop existing accounts through joint selling, product training, and account planning.
  • Identify and secure new distribution partnerships for long-term success.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Meet sales goals for the assigned region.

Qualifications

  • Four-year college degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in window manufacturing or millwork distribution.
  • Demonstrated success in customer base expansion.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
