Seeking a motivated Technical Recruiter to support multiple business practices within the Commercial space across different geographies. Full-time and remote position.
Manage the full life cycle of the recruiting process including initial screening calls, technical screenings, virtual interviews via Microsoft Teams, compensation negotiation, resume formatting, client submission, interview coordination, and offer acceptance.
Maintain a candidate pipeline based on primary skills, existing clients and potential new business. Partner with sales and delivery teams to ensure understanding of each requirement and effectively pitch candidates.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience. 1-3 years of recruiting technical experience in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
