Job Description

Seeking a Warehouse Order Selector responsible for restocking shelves, processing orders, counting inventory, and ensuring timely shipments. Assist customers with technical inquiries related to equipment.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare warehouse orders for delivery on schedule
  • Receive and process stock products
  • Inspect incoming shipments for quality
  • Conduct inventory controls and maintain high quality standards
  • Keep the warehouse clean and safe
  • Interact with customers to resolve technical issues
  • Train individuals on using technical products/services
  • Escalate complex issues for resolution
  • Maintain call transaction records
  • Communicate effectively with supervisors and coworkers

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Warehouse Worker
  • Sales or technical support experience preferred
  • Attention to detail
  • Familiarity with warehousing practices
  • Organizational and time management skills
  • Problem-solving and customer service skills
  • High school diploma and vocational training in computer/network administration
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted
