Job Description

Join Walmart as a Senior Technology Operations professional to lead and support IT operations, data analysis, performance reporting, process improvement, compliance, and project support.

Responsibilities

  • Data Analysis: Analyze and interpret data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement in IT operations.
  • Performance Reporting: Develop and maintain reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Compliance and Security: Ensure IT operations adhere to security policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with IT teams and other departments to support business objectives and resolve issues.
  • Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of systems, processes, and incident reports.
  • Project Support: Assist in the planning and execution of technology projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within scope.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:
Option 1: Bachelor's degree in computer science, management information systems, industrial engineering, engineering management, business, information systems, project/program management, information technology, finance, management, or related area and 3 years’ experience in project management, program management, program operations, or related area.
Option 2: 5 years’ experience in project management, program management, program operations, or related area.

Preferred Qualifications:
Master’s degree in computer science, management information systems, industrial engineering, engineering management, business, information systems, project/program management, information technology, finance, management, or related area and 2 years’ experience in project management, program management, program operations, or related area. Candidates with a background in creating inclusive digital experiences and knowledge in implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards are valued.
