Job Description

Join us in improving NYC schools by optimizing business processes and policies as a Project Manager.

Responsibilities

  • Thinks critically about existing business processes to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Drafts policies for various business processes with narrative, flowcharts, and other documentation.
  • Uses data and industry best practices to make improvements and manage project implementation.
  • Tracks progress, reports to Senior Manager, and performs related tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Baccalaureate from a four-year college or university.
  • 2-4 years of analytical and communications experience.
  • Curious about business process optimization and ability to perform research and analyses.
  • Experience with Word, Visio, Excel, and PowerPoint preferred.
  • Preferred certifications: PMP, Lean Six Sigma, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodology.
