Job Description

Lead Warehouse Associate overseeing handling of customer products, assigning work, and ensuring safety policies are followed.

Responsibilities

Assign tasks to warehouse personnel
Supervise tasks performed by warehouse personnel
Complete reports and records
Troubleshoot machine and equipment malfunctions
Advise associates on product care and equipment use
Ensure high-quality customer service
Work cooperatively with other associates

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum of two years' warehouse experience
Must be able to perform physically exerting duties
Pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
