Lead the Integration Specialist group within the company to ensure successful program execution and customer satisfaction.

Direct responsibility for the work produced within the group of assigned Integration Specialists (Cost / Time / Quality).
Assign job tasks to the assigned group utilizing SAFe based on priority and suitability, and monitors project cost, progress, and quality to completion.
Provide technical leadership to individual engineers and review work across all programs in the area of responsibility.
Ensure convergence and re-use of previous designs, provide technical writing and cost estimates for proposals and ECPs, and oversee development of assigned employees.
Review staffing of the group, conduct goal setting, continuous feedback, and performance assessments.

Minimum of four-year degree preferably in engineering or Computer Science.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in flight simulation or related industry.
Experience with cost estimating, budgeting/scheduling, and task performance management.
Must have an understanding of computer software and architectures used in flight simulation.
Technical expertise in computer hardware architectures, real-time operating systems, and networks.
