Join a dynamic team in the medical and security risk management industry to provide educational and support programs for military personnel and their families.
Provide educational and support programs to enhance deployment and mission readiness for service members and their families.
Conduct outreach efforts targeting at-risk groups, including first-term service members and single parents.
Ensure deployment materials and services are appropriately provided to reservists and family members.
Deliver training and workshops on various support topics, including personal financial management and transition assistance.
Maintain accurate records of services delivered in the scheduling module in FFSMIS.
Master’s degree in adult education, social science, or related field, or six years of equivalent experience.
Minimum of two years managing and coordinating multiple-site adult educational or social service programs.
Demonstrated skills in making presentations and facilitating training for groups.
Professional knowledge of social services and/or education delivery systems.
Strong oral and written communication, assessment, and advocacy skills.
