Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Overseeing and managing all areas of the restaurant

  • Supervising cleaning and maintenance of equipment
  • Coordinating department schedules

Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of management-level hospitality experience
  • High School Diploma or GED Equivalent preferred
  • Proficiency in food planning, personnel management, and recordkeeping
  • Knowledge of teppanyaki-style restaurants a plus
