Middletown Chevrolet is seeking an Experienced BDC Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in automotive BDC operations.

Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound calls, internet leads, and follow-ups with professionalism and urgency
Set and confirm sales and service appointments
Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM
Work closely with the sales and service teams for smooth customer experiences
Follow up with unsold showroom traffic, service-not-sold customers, and internet inquiries
Deliver outstanding customer service every time

Qualifications

2+ years of BDC experience in an automotive environment
Strong communication and organizational skills
High energy and a positive, team-oriented attitude
Comfortable working with CRM systems and handling high call volumes
