Join us on our journey for a better tomorrow. Execute shipping, receiving, and warehouse functions in a safe, timely, and accurate manner. Deliver and pick up parts/equipment to support Field Service Technicians at customer sites. Keep the warehouse clean and orderly.

Responsibilities

Order fulfillment, shipping/receiving (30%) - Pick parts for customer orders using appropriate material handling equipment as needed. Pack materials and products for shipment to customers, create packing slips, entry of order information in shipping system (e.g., FedEx, UPS).
Parts & Equipment delivery/pickup (20%) - Arrange deliveries and pick-up in a safe, efficient, and timely manner. Inspect arriving goods for any damage and document outgoing goods to show condition when leaving.
Building Activities (15%) - Work with vendors/landlord to keep the building and building systems maintained.
Shared Regional Tools (15%) - Maintain the regional shared tools. Using current tool tracking software to ensure check-out, check-in, calibration, condition, and inventory.
Warehouse Activities (20%) - Maintain a tidy and highly organized environment. Ensure all machines are color tagged, everything on racking is clearly identifiable, and keep aisles and walkways clear at all times.

Experience

3-5 years of successful experience in shipping/receiving/warehouse functions is preferred.

Education

High School Diploma.

Skills

Demonstrated knowledge of shipping, receiving, and other warehouse functions. Ability to operate material handling equipment such as forklifts, hand trucks, and pallet jacks.
