Job Description

The Operations Analyst/Specialist II TDS coordinates and executes projects primarily focused on the continuous improvement of Operations and/or the attainment of organizational objectives.

Responsibilities

Monitoring the Prime Next portal
- Rejected Trades
- Pending Trades
- Ensure all client files are processed daily.
Identify Prime Broker ID Unaffirmed Exceptions & distribute to Client Service.
Fail Control - Create and distribute aged fails to Client Service
Perform reconciliations.
Trade Metrics
Monitor, Action and reply to emailed inquiries from the PB Clients & Client Service

Qualifications

5-7 Years Operations Experience ideal.
Prime Brokerage Experience Preferred.
Broadridge/BPS Experience Preferred.
Strong communication skills.
Strong analytical skills.
Strong Excel skills.
Serries 99 or Series 7
