Job Description

TownTasks is seeking a Warehouse Floor Supervisor to lead a team of material handlers in both freezer and dry goods warehouses. The role involves overseeing daily operations, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring materials are efficiently received, organized, staged, and delivered to support production and shipping schedules.

Responsibilities

Supervise material handler teams in freezer and dry goods warehouses
Plan daily priorities based on workload and business needs
Monitor team performance, communicate expectations, and manage labor costs
Drive achievement of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Promote a safe work environment and ensure compliance with safety protocols

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent logistics-related experience
5+ years of experience in high-volume warehouse logistics
Proficiency in operating forklifts and scissor lifts
Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities
