Job Description

The Assistant Manager is responsible for creating an enjoyable shopping experience for guests. They perform sales, merchandising, and operational tasks assigned by store management, develop sales, recruit new teammates, and provide leadership.

Responsibilities

1. Greet and assist guests with a friendly attitude.
2. Recommend and locate merchandise based on guest needs.
3. Demonstrate product knowledge and sales education.
4. Maintain knowledge of sales and promotions.
5. Provide legendary service throughout the store.
6. Train, motivate, and lead teammates.
7. Recognize recruiting opportunities and assist in training new teammates.
8. Own and influence product through visual merchandise management.
9. Operate Point of Sale procedures.
10. Maintain a clean and organized store.

Qualifications

1. High school diploma or equivalent.
2. Previous retail experience preferred.
3. Ability to work a flexible schedule.
4. Excellent customer service skills.
5. Leadership and coaching abilities.
6. Knowledge of merchandising and sales techniques.
7. Ability to lift and maneuver up to 50lbs.
