Provide primary support for Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS).
Assist in the review and testing of HRMS system upgrades or patches.
Collaborate with functional and technical staff to coordinate system upgrades and fixes.
Develop specifications for needed reports and maintain data integrity in systems.
Recommend process improvements and innovative solutions to enhance HR efficiency.
High school diploma required; Associate's Degree in a related field preferred.
1-2 years of experience in the HRIS field required.
Knowledge of HRIS systems, MS Office, and software support preferred.
Exceptional attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information.
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
