Responsibilities

Oversee billing staff in the revenue cycle, ensuring effective revenue management and collections
Assist Business Services Managers in managing Accounts Receivable and timely collections
Maintain positive customer and inter-department relations while achieving departmental budget goals
Implement initiatives to promote effectiveness and efficiencies in Business Services operations
Perform additional functions as assigned by Business Services Managers or directors

Qualifications

High School Graduate or equivalent
Minimum of 3 years' experience in Physician and/or Hospital Revenue Cycle Billing
At least 5 years of successful work experience in a similar position
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
Strong analytical, mathematical, and reasoning skills
