Set priorities and provide direction to warehouse associates
Review daily work objectives and productivity requirements
Conduct daily pre-shift meetings and submit end of shift reports
Enforce company policies and maintain safe warehouse practices
Manage human resources practices and resolve employee relation issues
Provide feedback, coaching, and recognition to enhance associate's skill development
Create culture for continuous improvement and accountability

Qualifications

2+ years of Warehouse Supervisor experience
Experience with warehouse management systems
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to handle changing priorities and stressful situations
Working knowledge of warehouse/mechanical equipment
Proficient in MS Office and Excel
