Job Description

Join Butterfly Effects as a Bilingual ABA Child Interventionist (Spanish) to assist children with autism in honing vital skills like communication, social interaction, and self-care.

Responsibilities

Implement individualized treatment plans under the direction of a BCBA
Observe, record, and report client's progress and behavior daily
Manage challenging behaviors
Apply behavioral principles consistently in all interactions
Assist clients to acquire academic and life skills

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Prior experience with children is advantageous
Fluent in Spanish and English
Valid driver's license & personal vehicle
