Join Gainwell Technologies as a Senior Benefits Professional, responsible for overseeing various employee benefit programs and ensuring compliance with regulations. This role requires experience in benefits administration and strong analytical skills.
Coordinates and administers employee benefit programs, counsels employees on plan options, maintains benefit description booklets, prepares communication materials, acts as a liaison between employees and insurance companies, evaluates benefits options, prepares benefits reports, and supports open enrollment.
Bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources, industrial relations, or related field preferred. Six or more years of employee benefits experience required. Strong understanding of federal, state, and local regulations pertaining to human resources. Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
