Job Description

Join Morris Furniture Company as an Inventory and Accuracy Specialist to help in completing and assisting with the workload and direction of items being returned, ensuring all tasks are completed with accuracy.

Responsibilities

Support supervisor and manager with tasks for receiving returned items back into the distribution center.
Assist with providing team member assignments and monitoring break times.
Train team members as needed.
Manage reports, shipping orders, and resolve order issues.
Inspect returned merchandise for damages and determine next course of action.
Adjust errors in inventories and investigate reasons for discrepancies.
Verify completion of daily workload and ensure company quality standards are met.
Collaborate with the team to identify ways to improve department effectiveness.
Ensure team is handling furniture items in accordance with manufacturer specifications.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent.
