Join our team at TownTasks as an Assistant Store Leader in Orem, Utah! As a key member of our team, you will lead daily operations, coach team members, and ensure an unforgettable customer experience.

Responsibilities

Assist Store Leader with hiring and training new Team Members
Coordinate workflow of Team Members
Support Team by providing direction
Assist with employment actions
Monitor store performance and identify opportunities for improvement
Assist customers with questions or price discrepancies
Enforce proper sales pitches with the Team
Maintain cash accountabilities at POS registers
Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Strong leadership and communication skills
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to work various hours, weekends, and holidays
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Ability to lift up to 15 pounds
Prolonged periods standing and working on the cash register
