Job Description

TownTasks is seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor for our facility in Ogden, UT. The Supervisor will oversee the daily operations of an assigned shift/department, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

Responsible for all employees on assigned shift/department.
Ensure adequate staffing and safe, correct job performance.
Ensure employees take breaks and lunches.
Complete necessary paperwork.
Provide necessary support for team members.
Maintain cleanliness and safety in the plant/warehouse.
Ensure adherence to safety protocols.
Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Ability to work under minimal supervision.
Good communication skills.
Ability to follow instructions.
Strong people/management skills.
Must be able to perform all duties in the department.
2 years of forklift experience.
