Responsibilities

Provide direct and indirect supervision of Behavior Technicians (BT)
Offer direct and indirect parent training at clients' homes
Conduct assessments and design curriculum, interventions, and behavioral plans for individual clients
Report summaries of clients' progress regularly

Qualifications

Hold a Master's Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or related field
Have BCBA certification and NYS LBA
Passionate about helping children with Autism Spectrum Disorder
Ability to work collaboratively with a team
