Join our team at the Office of Childcare and Early Childhood Education in New York City Mayor's Office. We are looking for a Senior Policy Advisor to focus on children and family policies and programs.

Responsibilities

Children and Family Policy and Programs - Focus on policies and programs supporting children and working families.
Strategy Development - Partner with the team to develop proposals for new initiatives.
Project Management - Oversee and monitor projects, ensuring timelines are met.
Research & Analysis - Conduct qualitative and quantitative research for policy proposals.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree and 7+ years of related experience.
Master's degree in relevant field and 5+ years of experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Excellent communication and analytical skills.
