Job Description

Seeking a Senior Wireless Support Specialist 3 to provide technical support for wireless services, troubleshoot communication issues, and manage mobile equipment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide support for daily ServiceNow incidents/requests
  • Liaise with carrier account teams and wireless personnel
  • Assist with user-level technical support and troubleshooting
  • Perform inventory control tasks for mobile equipment
  • Assist users with device configurations and MDM tasks
  • Collaborate with agency MDM admins for device enrollment
  • Execute additional tasks related to requests and incident management

Qualifications

  • Minimum 4 years of experience as a Senior Wireless Support Specialist
  • Expertise with Carrier Portals, Apple ABM, and Android KNOX
  • Strong background in Enterprise or Solution Architecture
  • Advanced analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
