Responsibilities

  • Provide general administrative and clerical support to management
  • Manage supply inventory and mail distribution
  • Coordinate deliveries and mailings
  • Answer and transfer phone calls
  • Process employee ID cards
  • Assist patients with paperwork and appointments
  • Prepare documents and reports
  • Maintain supply inventory and generate purchase orders
  • Provide Facilities and Security information to new hires
  • Manage conference room reservations and organize meetings
  • Resolve administrative issues
  • Comply with HIPAA regulations

Qualifications

  • High School graduate or equivalent
  • Minimum of 3 years medical office experience
  • Proven work experience as an Administrative Assistant
