Job Description

Join our team at Staples as a Warehouse Operations Specialist to assist in managing workflow, analyzing data, and ensuring compliance with systems and SOPs. Work closely with various teams to provide support and backup as needed.

Responsibilities

Run reports in WMS systems
Assist in managing workflow
Analyze data and develop recommendations
Maintain system compliance
Coordinate system changes
Interact with customer service
Provide operational support and backup

Qualifications

Above average math skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Knowledge of product flow and department interdependencies
Ability to lead and coordinate work operations
