Job Description

TownTasks is seeking a talented Foreign Trade Specialist to join our Trade Compliance team in Walton, Kentucky. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing Foreign Trade Zone operations and ensuring compliance with U.S. Customs and Border Protection regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate all logistics activities within the Foreign Trade Zone
  • Prepare and manage required FTZ documentation
  • Maintain accurate inventory records
  • Collaborate with customs brokers and transportation providers
  • Monitor FTZ compliance and adherence to regulations
  • Identify logistics and cost-saving opportunities
  • Train warehouse and logistics staff on FTZ protocols

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field
  • 2-4 years of logistics experience with FTZ operations focus
  • Solid understanding of FTZ rules, import/export logistics, and CBP requirements
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • U.S. Customs Broker License is a plus
