Responsibilities

Handle a high volume of incoming calls efficiently and professionally

Resolve customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely manner

Accurately document customer interactions, manage account updates, and maintain proper filing

Follow company communication procedures, guidelines, and policies consistently

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.

Minimum of 2 years of Customer Service experience (preferably in a call center or phone-based environment)

Proficient in computer software systems including MS Office

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong phone presence and desire to engage customers through inbound calls

Ability to use critical and creative thinking to identify and resolve complex problems

Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills
