Job Description

Imagine Me Leadership Charter School (IMLCS) is seeking a Middle School ELA Teacher for the 2025-2026 school year. The ideal candidate will provide a positive and nurturing environment for students to learn and grow.

Responsibilities

Plan, prepare, and deliver lesson plans according to Common Core State Standards
Differentiate instruction to meet student needs
Observe and evaluate student performance regularly
Maintain accurate records of student progress
Communicate with students, colleagues, and parents regarding student progress
Facilitate a conducive learning environment
Manage student behavior
Develop student self-confidence and positive attitudes towards learning

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree preferred
Teaching Certification preferred
Experience working with diverse student populations
Commitment to continuous improvement and professional development
