Job Description

Join Dal-Tile, the largest manufacturer of tile and natural stone in the United States, as a Customer Service/Warehouse Associate. This role involves providing customer service, completing sales transactions, and handling material duties such as receiving and loading/unloading materials.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service by assisting customers, completing sales transactions, and addressing customer inquiries
Perform office administration tasks such as processing payments and preparing reports
Handle product orders by entering customer orders and maintaining stock levels
Perform various warehouse duties including pulling customer orders and restocking material
Operate forklift equipment and maintain a safe working environment

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
3+ years of customer service and warehouse experience
Strong organizational, math, and computer skills
Detail-oriented and safety-conscious
