Job Description

Join OnTrac as a Lead Warehouse Package Handler overseeing the offloading, loading, and sorting of packages for distribution.

Responsibilities

Supervise offloading and sorting incoming packages for distribution and/or prepare outgoing freight for delivery.
Train sorters to perform assigned tasks safely and accurately.
Provide continual feedback to sorters, both positive and negative.
Inspect packages to make sure they are safe for truck transportation.

Qualifications

High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred
At least 1 year of related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of both
2+ years of logistics/warehouse experience, preferred
2+ years of leadership experience, preferred
Ability to regularly lift, push, pull and/or move items averaging 50lbs and occasionally up to 75lbs.
Must be at least 18 years of age
