Job Description

TownTasks is seeking an IT Business Analyst with experience in warehouse operations, particularly in the 3PL and e-commerce domains. The role involves supporting successful deployments of new operations and enhancing existing operations through Business Process Analysis, End User Training, and process reengineering.

Responsibilities

Support the implementation of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) across multiple sites and clients
Gather and document business and system requirements for new IT initiatives, focusing on WMS and client integration
Collaborate with internal teams, 3PL partners, and client stakeholders to understand operational workflows and document business requirements
Develop training materials and conduct sessions for end users and stakeholders
Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation within warehouse and order fulfillment operations

Qualifications

2-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT, logistics, supply chain, or e-commerce environments
Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills
Strong analytical skills with a demonstrated ability to extensively analyze business processes and workflows
Experience with developing business requirements, instructional documentation, and presentations
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
