Job Description

mSupply is looking for a Warehouse Supervisor to lead day-to-day operations within our warehouse team. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, approachable, and capable of balancing team leadership with administrative and occasional data-focused projects.

Responsibilities

  • Oversees the daily workflow of the warehouse; schedules and organizes staff to ensure proper staffing of all shifts.
  • Hires and trains new warehouse employees.
  • Coaches, develops and leads the team.
  • Conducts performance evaluations that are timely and constructive.

Qualifications

  • High School diploma or its GED equivalent
  • 2 or more years' experience with warehousing, supply chain, and related functions.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of MS Office suite applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Aptitude for mathematical operations and numerical analysis.
