Responsibilities

Manage financial, operational, and employee aspects of multiple accounts
Ensure profitable retention and growth of business within span of control
Meet financial, employee, safety, and customer satisfaction goals
Develop direct and indirect reports
Provide employee feedback and conduct quality selection of personnel
Improve customer satisfaction and problem resolution
Recommend process improvements and conduct self-audits

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business, logistics, or related field required
5+ years experience in supply chain or logistics required
3+ years experience in developing and implementing logistics solutions required
Experience managing large teams and customer interactions required
Project management and facilitation skills required
