Responsibilities

  • Manage financial, operational, and employee aspects of multiple accounts
  • Ensure profitable retention and growth of business within span of control
  • Meet financial, employee, safety, and customer satisfaction goals
  • Develop direct and indirect reports
  • Provide employee feedback and conduct quality selection of personnel
  • Improve customer satisfaction and problem resolution
  • Recommend process improvements and conduct self-audits

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business, logistics, or related field required
  • 5+ years experience in supply chain or logistics required
  • 3+ years experience in developing and implementing logistics solutions required
  • Experience managing large teams and customer interactions required
  • Project management and facilitation skills required
