Join Hamilton Company as a Talent Acquisition Partner responsible for planning and executing recruitment processes for the client group. Work with a worldwide leader in precision fluid measuring products.

Responsibilities

Recruit for all positions at all levels within assigned business unit
Utilize efficient sourcing and selection techniques
Manage new hire selection process, community partnerships, and onboarding
Maintain ATS system and assist in optimization of recruiting process
Execute on short timelines with a strong sense of urgency
Drive business support and consensus
Facilitate continuous improvement and maintain confidentiality

Qualifications

5+ years of Talent Acquisition experience
Experience in medical device or related industry preferred
Recruiting sales, marketing, and biomedical technicians preferred
Knowledge of recruitment branding and social media
Bachelor's degree in HR Management or related field required
