Job Description

Join our team at Professional Services Group as a Family Interactions Worker, responsible for providing court-ordered supervision between children in foster care and their families. This position involves arranging and supervising visits, observing interactions, and documenting information for reporting to the Waukesha County Child & Family Services Social Worker.

Responsibilities

Conduct safe visits with family members
Monitor interactions during visitation
Transport individuals to and from visits
Intervene in emergency and crisis situations

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Experience in social services, human services, or related field is a plus
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
