Job Description

TownTasks is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor for the day shift to oversee warehouse operations, manage staff, and ensure smooth transitions between shifts. This role involves supervising 2nd shift staffing, monitoring freight loading, and communicating with drivers and customers.

Responsibilities

Assign work for 2nd shift staff based on customer specifications
Oversee inbound/outbound freight loading
Supervise drivers and communicate workflow changes
Review deliveries for quality and conditions
Monitor shipment paperwork processing

Qualifications

3+ years warehouse supervisory experience
Dispatch and dock supervision experience
Knowledge of Smart Turn or TMW software a plus
Familiarity with Warehouse Management and LTL dispatch
