Job Description

Penske Logistics is seeking a Spanish Bilingual Customer Service Coordinator to join their team in Reading, PA. This role involves providing customer support and monitoring transportation routes.

Responsibilities

Act as the first line of contact for customer's reporting requirements
Communicate effectively with customers and drivers
Process requests through calls and emails
Monitor routes for exceptions and provide feedback
Support data collection and reporting of performance metrics
Assist with root cause analysis and reporting tools
Complete other assigned projects

Qualifications

Previous customer service experience
High School diploma or equivalent, Associate's/Bachelor's preferred
Fluency in Spanish
Ability to travel and work required schedule
