Job Description

Penske Logistics is seeking a Spanish Bilingual Customer Service Coordinator to join their team in Reading, PA. This role involves providing customer support and monitoring transportation routes.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the first line of contact for customer's reporting requirements
  • Communicate effectively with customers and drivers
  • Process requests through calls and emails
  • Monitor routes for exceptions and provide feedback
  • Support data collection and reporting of performance metrics
  • Assist with root cause analysis and reporting tools
  • Complete other assigned projects

Qualifications

  • Previous customer service experience
  • High School diploma or equivalent, Associate's/Bachelor's preferred
  • Fluency in Spanish
  • Ability to travel and work required schedule
