Job Description

Confluent Medical Technologies is seeking a Warehouse Coordinator II to join our growing team in Warwick, RI. The ideal candidate will have experience in shipping and receiving within a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

Receive, inspect, and process incoming raw materials and components for production use.

Coordinate shipping activities for both domestic and international shipments, ensuring compliance with regulations.

Package materials and products safely and efficiently according to company SOPs.

Work with Inventory Control and Production teams to ensure timely material availability.

Maintain accurate inventory levels through cycle counting and data entry.

Operate warehouse equipment safely and maintain certification.

Maintain clean, organized, and safe warehouse and shipping/receiving areas.

Utilize ERP systems to document transactions and maintain inventory records.

Support continuous improvement initiatives within warehouse operations.

Communicate effectively across departments to resolve issues related to shipping delays and documentation.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree or technical training preferred.

3-5 years’ experience in warehouse operations, shipping, and receiving.

Knowledge of international and domestic shipping requirements and ERP software.

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for long periods of time.

Forklift certification preferred.
