Seeking experienced Physician/Locums Recruiters to join a rapidly growing healthcare staffing firm. This role offers industry-leading commissions for both permanent and locums placements.

Responsibilities

Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and other platforms to identify and engage qualified healthcare providers.
Develop genuine relationships with candidates and present opportunities aligning with their expertise.
Conduct screening, coordinate interviews, negotiate offers, and facilitate onboarding for successful placements.
Work closely with account managers to meet client needs and provide timely updates.
Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and placements to maximize earning potential.

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of experience in physician or locum tenens recruitment.
Self-starter mentality and ability to thrive in a results-driven environment.
Proficiency with ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and strong communication skills.
Skilled in negotiation and securing candidate commitments.
