Responsibilities

Direct the organization's operations function and develop operational programs, policies, and processes.
Oversee recurring or daily functions necessary for business execution and identify opportunities for improvement.
Develop strategies to assist the business in meeting critical goals efficiently.
Approve and allocate resources based on business priorities.
Evaluate and recommend changes to policies or procedures.
Lead and direct the work of other employees.
Contribute to strategic planning and goal setting for the department.
Recommend policies, practices, and procedures with a significant impact on the organization.

Qualifications

Requires a Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred).
10-15 years related experience with a minimum of 5 years in management.
Applicable industry/professional certification preferred.
Occasional business travel required.
