Job Description

The Investment Banking Senior Associate is responsible for assisting clients in raising funds in the capital markets and providing strategic advisory services for mergers, acquisitions, and other financial transactions.

Responsibilities

Assist in the execution of Investment Banking business activities
Enhance M&A execution and capital raising capabilities
Contribute to building the company's franchise
Manage and mentor analysts

Qualifications

5-8 years of relevant experience
Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field
Experience in evaluating corporate transactions
Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Client development experience
Ability to work in teams and track business development
Series 79 and 63 licenses
