Job Description

TownTasks is seeking a Finance Recruiter to support our Global G&A functions with a primary focus on the Finance Organization. This is a 2-year contract position with remote eligibility but requires East Coast working hours.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute talent acquisition tactics to build a top-tier, qualified workforce and a strong candidate pipeline
Pre-screen candidates and deliver pre-qualified, diverse candidates for hiring manager's evaluation
Advise hiring managers on establishing appropriate roles for each member of the interview team; coach them as needed on technical, functional and behavioral interviewing models
Partner with VP+ leaders on hiring strategies including market intelligence, talent assessment, and hiring trends
Grow existing network, foster new relationships and attend networking events to further identify talent for the organization
Collaborate with other HR stakeholders to attract and sustain talent that contributes to the Vertex culture
Provide weekly and ad-hoc updates to staffing team, hiring managers, and business partners as needed

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or equivalent
6 years of recruiting experience in biotech/pharma supporting G&A functions
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
