Maintain accurate inventory data in PRMS, perform daily cycle counting, and provide support in the Inventory department.
Timely and accurate inventory of raw materials, packaging, film, and condiments.
Accurate data entry and file maintenance in PRMS.
Follow proper documentation procedures in accordance with SOX requirements.
Interface with production, warehouse, scheduling, purchasing, etc., as needed.
Inventory variance review, research, and explanation.
Follow-up on findings of research as corrective actions.
Report Peco Inventory on a weekly basis and provide explanations for variances.
Maintain files for easy review.
Communicate with various teams on a regular basis.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Good communication skills.
Computer Knowledge: MS Word and Excel.
Highly motivated individual who is a self-starter.
Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-changing environment.
Team oriented with good interpersonal skills.
Ability to work days, nights, and weekends as necessary.
Ability to work in a cold and wet environment with prolonged standing.
Bilingual English/Spanish or English/Polish is a plus.
Forklift Certified is a plus.
Computer: AS400 is a plus.
Minimum of 1 year in a food processing and packaging environment or equivalent.
