The Administrative Coordinator provides leadership and coordinates clerical activities of administrative staff working within the clinic site. Responsible for assuring high-quality administrative service to Kelsey-Seybold patients.
1. Coordinate clerical activities of administrative staff.
2. Implement standards, policies, and procedures.
3. Provide link between administrative staff and management.
Education: High School diploma or G.E.D. Preferred: Associate or bachelor's degree in related field.
Experience: 3+ years medical office experience. Preferred: 4+ years direct face-to-face customer service experience.
Special Skills: Basic PC Literacy, 10-Key by touch, excellent communication skills.
