Job Description

The Warehouse Manager oversees all warehouse operations, material procurement, inventory management, logistics, and vendor relationships. They are responsible for financial forecasting, budgeting, materials planning, and overseeing warehouse personnel and facilities.

Responsibilities

Liaise with the Director of Operations and leadership on materials and operations needs
Administer all material-related processing needs
Meet with vendors to forecast and order materials
Prepare budgets and provide feedback on needs and performance
Develop actionable plans for material management and loss prevention
Oversee distribution, warehousing, receiving, and shipping
Recruit, train, and coach employees
Prepare workflows, staffing requirements, space allocations, and action plans
Liaise with internal auditors and accounting for audits

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree
Five (5) years of warehouse management experience
Three (3) years of customer service and management experience
Valid Driver's License (Class E)
Forklift Certification
Advanced knowledge of Excel and SAP
Knowledge of shipping, receiving, and inventory management
