Job Description

GoBEST!? is seeking experienced General Managers and Operations Specialists to manage multiple venues across the country with significant travel requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Venue Operations: Oversee daily operations of nightclubs, bars, restaurants, and entertainment venues.
  • Revenue Growth: Set sales goals, manage budgets, and drive revenue generation.
  • Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and develop staff to meet company standards.
  • Guest Experience: Ensure exceptional service and address customer needs.
  • Event & Promotion Management: Manage successful events and promotions.
  • Compliance & Safety: Ensure adherence to health, safety, and labor regulations.
  • Operational Efficiency: Manage inventory, cash handling, scheduling, and equipment maintenance.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years in General Management or Operations in nightlife/entertainment venues.
  • Skills: Leadership, revenue growth, team development, and operational expertise.
  • Age Requirement: 21+ for Assistant GM and Management; 25+ for Traveling Operators.
