GoBEST!? is seeking experienced General Managers and Operations Specialists to manage multiple venues across the country with significant travel requirements.

Responsibilities

Venue Operations: Oversee daily operations of nightclubs, bars, restaurants, and entertainment venues.
Revenue Growth: Set sales goals, manage budgets, and drive revenue generation.
Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and develop staff to meet company standards.
Guest Experience: Ensure exceptional service and address customer needs.
Event & Promotion Management: Manage successful events and promotions.
Compliance & Safety: Ensure adherence to health, safety, and labor regulations.
Operational Efficiency: Manage inventory, cash handling, scheduling, and equipment maintenance.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field.
Experience: Minimum 3 years in General Management or Operations in nightlife/entertainment venues.
Skills: Leadership, revenue growth, team development, and operational expertise.
Age Requirement: 21+ for Assistant GM and Management; 25+ for Traveling Operators.

Salary: Up to $85K based on experience, with performance-based bonuses (up to 150% of salary).
Per Diem: $50/day for travel.
