Job Description

The IT Intern will provide help desk support to end users across the organization for hardware, software, and telephone system issues during the Summer of 2025.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary contact for users on hardware and software Help Desk issues.
  • Receive and troubleshoot user help desk calls to resolution.
  • Handle day-to-day user administration on all systems, including the telephone system.
  • Troubleshoot equipment problems and coordinate service calls with maintenance vendors when necessary.
  • Coordinate outside vendor support for desktop and laptop computers.
  • Maintain pc images and deploy updates when necessary.
  • Make recommendations for hardware and software to meet business needs.
  • Stay current with application updates and industry trends.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • College student actively pursuing a Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Information Technology.
  • Highly motivated and capable of working under pressure.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision and have a client service approach.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in Windows environment and standard computer applications.
