Job Description

Join our team at Floor & Decor as a Retail Stock Associate. You will be responsible for compiling orders, replenishing merchandise, and providing excellent customer service in a warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

Demonstrate and understand compliance of the company's safety processes.
Provide above and beyond customer service and exceed customer expectations.
Restock the show floor with product and organize merchandise.
Help customers find products and answer questions.
Maintain a clean and safe work area.

Qualifications

Must be 18 years or older.
Knowledge of basic math skills.
Warehouse experience and customer service experience.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and work well under pressure.
